This policy explains what data we collect when you visit www.moobup.com or contact us, how we use that information, and what your rights are.
1. Who we are
Moob Up ("we") is a marketing and technology agency operating in Brazil (Campinas, SP) and Belgium (Brussels). We are the data controller for personal data processed through this site, under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Law No. 13,709/2018) and, where applicable to EU visitors, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
2. What data we collect
We collect the data you provide directly when filling out our contact form (name, email, phone, company, country and your message) or when reaching us by email or WhatsApp. We also automatically collect browsing data — such as pages visited, time on site, traffic source and device type — through analytics cookies, always with your prior consent.
3. How we use your data
We use your data to: respond to your inquiry and present our services; understand how the site is used and improve your experience; measure the performance of marketing campaigns, including Google Ads, when you reach the site through them; and comply with legal obligations where applicable. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
4. Cookies and tracking technologies
We use two types of cookies: (i) essential cookies, required for the site's basic functioning, which cannot be disabled; and (ii) analytics cookies (Google Analytics), which help us understand visitor behavior and are only activated after your consent via the cookie banner shown on your first visit. You can withdraw your consent at any time by clicking "Manage cookies" in the site footer.
5. Who we share data with
We share data with service providers that help us run the site and our internal processes, always limited to what's necessary: Supabase (database hosting and authentication), Google Analytics (audience metrics) and, when you choose to, WhatsApp (for direct contact). These partners have their own privacy policies and act as processors of the data they handle on our behalf.
6. Legal basis for processing
We process your data based on: your consent, for analytics cookies and marketing communications; the performance of pre-contractual steps, when you request a quote or proposal; and our legitimate interest in maintaining and improving our services, always respecting your privacy rights and expectations.
7. How long we keep your data
We keep contact-form data for as long as needed to conduct the business discussion and, if you become a client, for the duration of the contract plus the period required by tax and legal obligations. Browsing data collected via Google Analytics follows that tool's configured retention period (currently 14 months).
8. International data transfers
Since we operate in both Brazil and Belgium, and use tools like Google Analytics and Supabase, your data may be processed on servers located outside your country of residence. In these cases, we require our partners to adopt data protection safeguards consistent with the LGPD and GDPR.
9. Your rights
You have the right to: confirm whether we process your data; access your data; correct incomplete or outdated data; request anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data; request data portability; withdraw your consent at any time; and be informed about who we share your data with. 10. Information security
We adopt reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration or improper disclosure, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and restricted access controls on systems that store client data.

This policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes in our practices or in applicable law. The last-updated date is shown at the top of this page. We recommend reviewing it from time to time.
